Feedback for Confluence

Enable feedback collection on Confluence pages with star ratings and comments. Track page quality, gather user insights, export data to CSV, and view analytics. Supports anonymous users and guest access for comprehensive feedback collection.

Confluence pages should be living documents, but most teams have no way to know which pages users actually find helpful. Feedback for Confluence adds a star rating and comment widget to every page — including for anonymous users, so external readers of your public documentation can rate it without signing in.

Page ratings & feedback

Rate Confluence pages from 1 to 5 stars and collect instant feedback. Users can leave comments directly on pages — even unlicensed users, guests, and anonymous visitors

Space-level overview

Get a clear overview of feedback across the entire space. See total ratings, average scores, and recent activity to quickly identify top-performing and low-quality pages.

Detailed analytics & export

Dive into detailed page analytics with rating trends by version and date. View all feedback entries and export statistics to CSV for reporting and further analysis.

Can anonymous feedback be abused?

The widget includes basic anti-spam: rate limiting per IP, optional reCAPTCHA, and admin moderation for comments. You can also enable star ratings only (no free text) or restrict anonymous feedback to specific spaces.
