Is it safe to delete properties I don't recognize?

Always check the property key first — it usually identifies the owning app (e.g. `com.atlassian.jira.toolkit.*`). UPEJ shows the key alongside its value so you can identify the owner. If the owning plugin is uninstalled, the property is safe to delete.
