Major performance improvements to the Filters and Dashboards managers at any scale, more powerful bulk selection, and important reliability and sharing fixes.
This release brings major performance improvements to the Filters and Dashboards managers, more powerful bulk selection, and important reliability fixes.
Built for large sites
- Instant loading at any scale — Filters Manager and Dashboards Manager now load instantly, even on sites with tens of thousands of filters or dashboards. Only the page you're viewing is loaded, so the app stays fast at any scale.
- Search across everything — searching by name now looks through all of your filters or dashboards, not just the ones currently on screen.
- Sort by any column — order by ID, Name, or Owner across your entire set.
More powerful bulk selection
- Select all matching — apply your next action to every filter or dashboard that matches your current search.
- Select page — select everything on the current page in one click.
- Selection carries across pages — build up a set across several pages and act on it all at once.
- Rows per page — choose how many rows to display per page (10 / 25 / 50).
Reliable bulk operations
- Large operations are now processed in batches with a live progress indicator.
- Temporary rate limits from Jira are handled automatically, so big jobs finish instead of stopping partway through.
Filter & dashboard sharing fixes
- Adding and removing viewers and editors now works reliably across multiple filters or dashboards at once.
- Filter owners are never changed as a side effect of a sharing operation.
- Removing a shared permission now removes exactly the permission you selected.
Interface improvements
- Tables now use the full width of the screen for easier reading.
- The operation log opens faster and reflects your most recent actions immediately.
