Do I need Jira Premium?

Yes — Assets is part of Jira Service Management Premium/Enterprise. Scannix reads your existing Assets data; it doesn't require a separate Assets license.

Is the iOS app free?

Yes, the companion iOS app is free to download. The Marketplace app is licensed per Atlassian's standard model, with a free trial.

Can several people scan the same audit at once?

Yes — results merge automatically and duplicate scans are prevented, so a team can split up and scan in parallel.

Does scanning work offline?

Yes. Scans are queued on the phone and synced to Jira as soon as it's back online — no signal required in a warehouse or server room.

Where is my data stored?

Inside your own Atlassian site, via Forge storage. Scannix runs on Atlassian's infrastructure and the vendor keeps no separate database of your assets.
