New Cloud prices for Assets Gadgets for Jira & JSM from 14 November 2026: 60 days to renew at today's price, free up to 10 users, and what the year brought.
Prices for Assets Gadgets for Jira & JSM (Cloud) change on 14 November 2026. If you are already a customer, you have 60 days — until 13 January 2027 — to renew at your current price, as long as you stay on the same user tier. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions alike, under the Atlassian Marketplace price change policy.
Teams of up to 10 users keep using Assets Gadgets for free.

What changes for you
- Annual subscriptions: renew or buy at your current price with a quote created before 13 January 2027, on the same user tier.
- Monthly subscriptions: every monthly bill until 13 January 2027 stays at your current price. Bills issued after that date use the new price.
- Evaluations: if you are evaluating the app, you can buy at the current price before your evaluation ends.
- Free tier: up to 10 users, no change.

Cloud, USD, per user per month, from 14 November 2026. Atlassian charges each user tier at its own rate, so the total is the sum of the tiers your users fall into.

What a year of work went into
In 2026 Assets Gadgets grew from a set of dashboard charts into a reporting and self-service toolkit for Jira Service Management Assets.
My Assets: every employee sees their own assets
- My Assets in the Jira Service Management portal. Employees and customers see the laptops, licences and other objects assigned to them: tables, cards, key numbers, and an object detail panel with history and related requests.
- My Assets inside Jira as a full page, not only in the portal.
- 26 languages for the portal.
- My Assets (mini) gadget: each viewer's own assets on their personal dashboard.

Ask Rovo about your assets
- My Assets Assistant, an agent for Atlassian Rovo. People ask in plain language about their devices, licences and tickets.
Six new dashboard gadgets
- Expiring Soon: warranties, licences and contracts expiring in the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
- License Seats: purchased versus assigned seats per licence, with over-allocation flagged.
- Data Quality: objects with empty fields and duplicate values.
- Trend Over Time: how many objects appear per month or week.
- Value / TCO: total cost grouped by vendor, owner or any other attribute.
- My Assets (mini): see above.
Better dashboards for everyone
- Click a number to see the objects behind it in charts, statistics and tiles, with the ready-made AQL to copy.
- All gadgets in 26 languages, with dates in each user's own format.
- Redesigned tables: sorting across all loaded rows, column reordering and a readable layout.
- Faster, more reliable loading for large Assets schemas, and a multi-metric AQL Counter.
- Security and permissions: each viewer only ever sees the data they are allowed to see.
The app continues to run entirely on Atlassian's cloud (Runs on Atlassian): your data does not leave Atlassian.
What's coming next
We keep investing in Assets Gadgets. Planned for the second half of October 2026:
- Asset Manager: search across Assets the way you search work in Jira, saved filters you can share with your team, and export to CSV.
- Saved filters as a data source for any gadget: build a filter once and reuse it across dashboards.
- Filters and sorting in My Assets on every table, and a new Overview with insights.
